Returns Policy
At Jacks Honey, we pride ourselves on providing premium honey blends. Because our products are food-grade and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or for opened/consumed products. However, we fully stand behind the quality of our products and are happy to assist with any issues you may have with your order.
No returns if you change your mind
- Orders cannot be returned because you have changed your mind.
- Unopened items may be exchanged in some cases, but only after consultation with us. Do not return any products without permission.
Damaged, defective or missing products
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging and the product
- A brief description of the problem
We will assess the situation and, if the claim is approved, will select the best solution: replacement, partial refund, or full refund. If we need the product back for inspection and the defect is our fault, we will send a shipping label at our expense.
Incorrectly delivered product
If we shipped the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange for the incorrect product to be picked up (or you can return it with a shipping label) and send the correct product at no extra cost.
Time for payback
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. It may take 7–14 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-returnable products
- Opened or consumed sachets/jars
- Products that have exceeded their expiration date upon delivery
- Clearance or final sale products (unless defective)
